BIZixx: Privacy Policy

What information do we collect?

This is not a publically accessible application and does not support public registrations/ sign-ups. An organization has to own/ subscribe this software/ application and it only collects information from you when you join any such organization. While setting up your profile into the application, you may be asked to enter your: name, official e-mail address (not personal), mailing address, phone number, skills set, past experiences and capabilities.

The information that we keep and use:

  • Your name, designation, email ID, profile picture etc as stored/updated by you with your account at BIZixx - The Project Management System.
  • The Application used Firebase Messaging Service to send you to push notifications when you get any new notification from your team. For this purpose, we collect and store the instance id token of the application on your device.
  • The application needs access to external storage to store your notifications offline and sync those when you're connected to the internet. 
  • The application also needs access to sync settings and authenticate accounts to be able to sync your notifications in the background so that you get all your updates when open the app without any delay. 

What do we use your information for?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

  • To create your profile accessible to other employees/ team members after login
  • Help co-workers to know about your skill set, capabilities and area of expertise
  • Internal communication between the organization to achieve your day to day goals 
  • Work assignment, coordination and collaboration  
  • To communicate with the clients associated to the organization  
  • To maintain your leave balance  
  • For daily reporting and accounting with the organization  

How do we protect your information?

The access to the application is password protected. No information can be accessed from the system with a password and is NOT available publically. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you communicate with the other employees or team members within an organization. 

Do we use cookies?

Yes (Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information We use cookies to understand and save your preferences for future visits and compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future. We may contract with third-party service providers to assist us in better understanding our site visitors. These service providers are not permitted to use the information collected on our behalf except to help us conduct and improve our business.
